From paper registers to one screen, across multiple factories
Ecotouch, a chemical manufacturer, ran its batches on paper, logistics in Excel and attendance in a register. In 50 days, we replaced all of it with one simple software that runs offline and covers every factory.
The business
Ecotouch is a chemical manufacturer running more than one factory. Production happens in batches, and every batch depends on the right raw material being there at the right time.
They were our first client.
How it ran before
- Batches on paper. Making and managing every production batch was written by hand.
- Logistics in Excel. Dispatch and transport lived in separate spreadsheets.
- Attendance and workers on paper. Registers for who came in and who worked where.
Every day, the owner and the manager spent two to three hours going through papers and sheets, and still didn’t have a clear picture. Without reliable data, small losses kept slipping through, and it was hard to tell which material needed ordering first.
What we built
One custom software for the factory’s core operations:
- Batch production: making and managing batches, without paper.
- Raw material: what’s in stock, and what to order first.
- Logistics: dispatch and transport, replacing the Excel sheets.
- Attendance and workers: replacing the paper registers.
- Daily reports: exactly how much business was done today.
- Multiple factories: every factory’s data, viewable in one software.
It also has custom features built around how Ecotouch works. You won’t find them in ready-made software, and if you did, they wouldn’t be this easy to manage.
Simple enough for anyone
We design every screen so that anyone who can use a keypad phone can use it. There’s no long training and no need to hire a dedicated operator.
Private by design
The software runs fully offline. All the data is stored on the owner’s own pendrive, so it never leaves their hands, and they can still see every factory’s data in one place.

Other agencies quoted Ecotouch ₹1.2–1.5 lakh for this software. We delivered it in 50 days, for a fraction of that, with support from us after launch.
